Our Services
ALTA
Used for commercial land transactions. Can be either transferring of land or for financial reasons (i.e., refinancing, loans etc.). Typically, these are requested by Realtors, Brokers, Title companies, banks (sometimes) and land/property owners.
FEMA
A FEMA Certificate lists a building’s location, lowest point of elevation, flood zone and other characteristics, according to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). It’s used to enforce local building ordinances and to help determine flood insurance rates.
Mapping
Mapping includes numerous types of services; it can include, but is not limited to: Record of Survey, Parcel Map, Subdivisions, Final Maps, Tentative Maps, Horizontal Control Plans, Legal Descriptions and Exhibits and Water Rights maps. These services are typically requested by a Civil Engineer or a property owner.
Topography
Used for analyzing existing conditions of a subject area or property, typically for future design purposes. These surveys include obtaining ground measurements on existing features such as: sidewalks, curbs, gutter, asphalt, natural ground, underground utilities (sewer, water, storm drain), trees, drainage features (culverts, drains etc.), buildings, homes & walls.
